When you do all these things yourself, it can detract from what you actually enjoy about gardening. With property investing, you can act as the contractor, real estate agent, and property manager, but these tasks begin to detract from growing your portfolio.

Property Managers and Operators
Property management is a thankless job, but we recognize your importance and want to work together. For years, I’ve self-managed our portfolio, and I realize that property managers play a vital role in creating a safe and comfortable environment for tenants.
Likewise, I’ve managed our short- and medium-term rentals, and it can be a grueling task to do right. If you are an STR/MTR operator and are interested in corporate leasing one of our properties, please reach out!
