We underwrote 75% less deals than in 2024, which was already down 75% from the year before. High interest rates and high seller expectations made most deals terrible investments.
Single Family
A bad deal is worst than no deal.
A bad deal we entered in 2023 took most of our time and money leading to an abysmal 2024.
Investors
Investor open rate is on trend from 2023 but our read-rate was down 7%. Our investor updates are rarely riveting so I’m not shocked by the low read rate.
